LA-based dark pop duo Bahari release the official video for their song “gameboy” today — watch HERE. The video premiered on Vevo. Written by members Natalia Panzarella and Ruby Carr, hopeless romance is at the forefront of “gameboy”, a song with heavy-lidded effect about feeling so deeply for someone that you’re willing to do anything. The picturesque video showcases both members lazily lounging, backed by the dreamy pop track. The duo recently played the new song at their showcases for School Night and Live Nation’s Ones To Watch, both in Los Angeles. “gameboy” will be featured on Bahari’s upcoming album, due out in early 2020.
Along the song and video releases, Bahari has also released a game for fans to further experience the new single. Now up on their website, the game is available to play on both computers and phones. With a goal of collecting as many hearts as you can, it features an animated Bahari as well as an animated version of “gameboy.”
