Blending the worlds of hip hop and electronic, from the East to West Coast, Sam Silver and Katori Walker collaborate on the infectious track “Wanna Be Rich.”

“Wanna Be Rich” is out tomorrow! The single depicts the hustle, passion and struggle musicians face trying to fulfill their dreams, accompanied by a trippy, animated visual music video by MindFuck Studios.

Katori Walker’s style with wordplay and storytelling has shown immense success on past EP’s Stubborn and 1 Minute of Your Time with Capitol Records, following a tour opening up for Vince Staples on his Smile, You’re on Camera Tour. With consistent support from Apple Music For Us, By Us and Freedom as well as Spotify’s editorials including Signed XOXO, Hip Hop Controller, Most Necessary, Spilled Ink, and Mind Right, we know there’s more to come this year ahead.

Sam Silver’s production has no bounds to any genre, shown through his experimental crossovers, incorporating his signature house hooks seamlessly. Sam has proven significant traction on his collaborations, including three tracks with over 1.5 million streams. With support from Spotify’s editorial Alternative R&B, Sam’s single Little After Sunset with A$AP Twelvyy (A$AP Mob) and pineappleCITI (Redbull Records) has surpassed over 2 million streams on Spotify alone.
