Powerhouse artist Alison Wonderland continues her prolific run of new music, dropping a stunning new club track “TIME,” with New Zealand born electronic/trap artist, Quix. Having long harboured a desire to work together, and now both residing in Los Angeles, they got together earlier in the year to work up the track that would become “TIME.” The track premiered on Billboard.com yesterday, who noted the song “begins at a meandering crawl, moving through some kind of dark, clubby, technicolored goo. It finds it legs in a bass-heavy beat and picks up the pace until it’s downright hurdling toward a big, boomic sonic hook.” Download/stream “TIME” HERE.
The new track comes a week after fans saw a different side to the singer/songwriter/DJ/producer, through the delicate acoustic reworking of “Peace.” The stunning video, which can be viewed HERE, showcases Wonderland’s rare vocal talent.
Wonderland continues to raise the bar with two sold out shows at Colorado’s famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre on August 10 and September 12, aptly named ‘Temple of Wonderland.’ Alison is one of only two Australian artists to ever achieve this feat. Additionally, Wonderland will perform at New York City’s Electric Zoo Festival on September 1, followed by Dancefestopia on September 6 and Imagine Music Festival in Hampton, Georgia on September 20.
All-time streams across all of Wonderland’s songs are approaching 450 million while AWAKE has already racked up more than 150 million streams. It entered Billboard’s Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart at No. 1 – a feat she also accomplished with her self-titled 2015 debut, Run.
