North Carolina-based rap artist iKing Moe is aiming to leave his mark on the industry in 2022. Since the beginning of his career he has always recorded and released his own music. In 2017 he released an album called “T.w.H.T (The West Hell Theories)” as a student attending The Los Angeles Recording School. The album highlighted his transition from poverty to military to the Hollywood hills.
Honing his new skills in 2018 he dropped a self produced and self engineered project called “Hollywood Moe”. In 2019 he gained a major placement with Atlanta rap legend Pastor Troy on a song called “Bands on the way” King Moe raps the chorus.
Moe later made guest appearances on “Sounds Like Freedom” volumes 1 (2019) and 2 (2020) where he worked alongside viral military veteran and rapper The Marine Rapper. He was also featured on “American Resurrection” an album (2020) by Davis Chris which made Billboard Hot 100 and featured on viral Tik-Tok star Tophers’ “No Apologies” album (2021) which also made Billboard Hot 100.
Now, he’s gearing up to release a single of his own “Snapback”. On “Snapback,” King Moe brags and boasts as if to taunt the rap game.
“Snapback” is cockiness to the tenth power, with taunting lyrics made of suede intertwined with charismatic vernacular. It’s about feeling yourself and waking up with maximum confidence no matter what the world has to say. When your back is against the ropes, use that rope to snap back.”
The charismatic single Snapback by King Moe is out April 22nd
