Maintaining momentum for a breakthrough 2019, YOUNG BOMBS share a brand-new single entitled “Loyal” featuring GiGi today. Get it HERE via Astralwerks.
On the track, the acclaimed duo join forces with the buzzing Los Angeles singer and songwriter. Together, they craft a lush and lively love song, flipping convention upside down in the process. Airy synths and cinematic production give way to an unshakable beat as GiGi’s voice flutters on the refrain, “I’ve never been loyal, I’ve always been selfish with my love, was running in circles, but it’s you I run to now.”
“‘Loyal’ is a special song to us. On social media we portray ourselves as these crazy guys but deep down we are both pretty emotional. ‘Loyal’ feels like a diary entry where someone’s deepest and darkest self-reflections are realized and in turn, put them on the path of identifying true love. It’s about being honest with yourself and putting someone else’s happiness before everything. It also has a sick ass drop,” says Young Bombs.
GiGi adds her perspective saying, “‘Loyal’ is about the desire to change from selfish love to selfless love. It’s about finding that one person who makes you want to better yourself, to stop being self-destructive and love completely. Personally, it was about ditching the bad habits I used to self-sabotage and ruin past relationships. I found someone who was so inherently good and who treated me with so much compassion, respect, and love that I didn’t want to stray.”

Additionally, the pair received the praise of Billboard, Idolator, and more. Not to mention, they ignited the Main Stage at ULTRA Music Festival earlier this year.

In 2019, Young Bombs make the bold leap from sought-after remixers to artists. That leap remains driven by a personal and creative chemistry forged way back in the Vancouver high school where they became best friends. With nearly 100 million streams in four years, the duo of Martin and Tristan cooked up 53 remixes by 2018. Along the way, they lent their talents to everyone from Nick Jonas, Selena Gomez, and Lady Gaga to Billie Eilish, Alessia Cara, Post Malone, Khalid, and Bazzi.
In addition, they attracted the support of Tiësto, Kygo, and Don Diablo. Simultaneously, they graced the stages of blockbuster festivals such as Lollapalooza, Ultra, Firefly Music Festival, and the Billboard Hot 100 Festival. Not to mention, Young Bombs supported The Chainsmokers, Galantis, Diplo, and Alesso on tour around the globe and launched a coveted residency at Drai’s Beachclub in Vancouver.
